The peplum trend has been around for almost two years, honestly I still am surprised that it’s able to stay for so long. Never a fan of them, in fact this is just the third one in my wardrobe (after FH Fei Blouse & recently acquired FH Agnete Blouse). Was attracted by the embroidery & pleather of course, significantly different from the countless peplums in the market, at least to me.

For me the perfect peplum has to be
1. Well structured, which explains why most of mine are from FH. Min just has the amazing ability to make them flow perfectly, making them so attractive.
2. Fitting Waistline, which the above belongs to. Ill-fitting peplum just doesn’t look good, if the peplum wasn’t constructed well, the bare minimum would be the fit.

  1. I love this outfit! I love the details of the leather peplum…and pairing it with some distressed boyfriend jeans adds edginess to the outfit 🙂 And those are such fun heels!
